Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering (we do not ship on Saturday or Sundays or Holidays). You order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative.
We ship orders to all the US states and territories as well as most International countries.
Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.
Most orders are shipped via Fed Ex Ground (Standard Delivery) or USPS Priority.

International Shipping Information

All international orders are subject to credit card verification.
Once orders are approved for shipping, changes to order are not possible.
All international Sales are Final. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on International orders unless merchandise is incorrect or defective.
All international orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Post Office) Flat Rate Boxes.
All shipping, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs, Tariffs And Taxes
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.
Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient,and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and any import fees, iincurred on the package and the full cost of returning the package to shopsubtluxury.com

If we accept your case, you will receive an RA#, please send the items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
Subtle Luxury will offer returns on all orders within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags attached in its original packaging. We have the right to deny the return if items are not in the proper condition. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. An email will be sent when return has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Please note all sale merchandise is a final sale and not eligible for return or credit.
Shipping charges will be waived on returns for unworn damaged or defective merchandise only.
